The reopening of the SME Fund EUIPO is scheduled to reopen on February 2, 2026. This incentive programme, implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), supports the protection of intellectual property.
The fund, aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, provides vouchers to support activities related to the protection of intellectual property assets.
The following vouchers are available in Italy:

Voucher 2: Trademarks and Designs
Up to €700 -
Voucher 3: Patents
Contribution of up to €1000 for national-level activities and up to €2500 for European-level activities -
Voucher 4: Plant Varieties
Up to €1500
Please note that vouchers may also be requested by applicants who have already submitted an application in previous years (2021–2025).
